Our traffic vendor is now back up and running, and latest foot traffic analytics are available in the Leap app.

There will still be some gap in last week’s reporting as the vendor continues to backfill traffic retroactively for the days when their service was offline. We will continue to monitor and provide an update once that is complete.

Our traffic vendor’s latest ETA to get online is now May 30.

Once online, we expect them to need additional time to retroactively publish data to Leap from the days when their service was offline. Once that process has started we can report on their progress.

Problem Identified

The vendor has informed us that their systems are coming back online gradually, but they do not have a firm ETA for full resolution. Our team continues to stand by to test and confirm their issue resolution when we are notified of it.

Problem Identified

The camera vendor which Leap uses to monitor foot traffic in stores is experiencing a service outage. This will result in “zero” traffic reported, until they have resolved the issue and data is fully processed. Once resolved, we expect data to show up in our reporting retroactively. We will post updates here as we receive them from the vendor.
