Our traffic vendor is now operational and Leap analytics are back to normal. We are continuing to monitor for residual questions. Any additional follow-up questions can be sent to support@leapinc.co.

The vendor has recovered from their outage and all traffic data for April 30th is now available via the Leap App and Reporting API.

Problem identifisert

Leap’s automated traffic counting vendor is currently recovering from an outage and working to restore service. As such, traffic numbers for April 30th, 2025 are not yet available in the Leap App and calls to retrieve visits from Leap’s Reporting API for this day will incorrectly return zero. Engineering is monitoring the situation and expects to have data available later today.
