Traffic and conversion data have been restored and are now available in the Leap App and via the Public API for the affected period. If you use Leap’s API to pull traffic data on a schedule and attempted a call during the affected period, we recommend making new requests to the Store or Visits endpoints to backfill missing traffic data from the outage.

Problem Identified

An upstream data issue was identified, which resulted in store traffic and conversion data not being reflected in Leap App reports or Public API requests for Saturday, October 5, 2024, and Sunday, October 6, 2024. Engineering is working to resolve the issue. No data was lost, and it will be available in reporting once the issue has been resolved.
