Orders syncing as Authorized instead of Paid

All order payment statuses have been updated to their correct state. If you still believe any of your orders are marked incorrectly, please contact your Customer Success Manager.

Problem Identified

Between approximately 8/26 2pm CST and 8/27 1pm CST, some Shopify orders were synced with the Payment Status “Authorized” instead of “Paid”. The issue has been addressed and orders are now syncing correctly. Engineers are currently working to correct orders synced in this period to appropriate status.
