Some Shopify events not syncing

All remaining events have now been synced. If you are still noticing missing events such as orders from this period, please contact support@leapinc.co or your Customer Success Manager.

Our platform is now operating normally and syncing is occurring as expected. While most of the event backlog has been processed, some events will continue to backfill over the next 24-48 hours. Our team will continue to monitor over this period.

Probleem Geïdentificeerd

We are working to resolve an incident overnight that resulted in system-wide disruption to order, product, inventory, and fulfillment syncing in our Shopify integration beginning Tuesday June 25th at approximately 7:00pm CDT. The underlying problem has been fixed, and we are monitoring our platform’s performance as operations return to normal, in addition to backfilling any data that may have been missed in the meantime.
